Terms of Service (SoftDay)

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Soft Day app and website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Soft Day for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the app.
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Soft Day Pro is a subscription service with a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, you will be charged according to your selected plan (monthly or annual).
• Charges are processed via Stripe and will appear on your billing statement.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe policies.

4. Restore Purchase

The "Restore Purchase" feature allows users to verify their subscription via email verification code. You are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address.
• Keeping your subscription payment method current.
• Not attempting to restore purchases you do not own.

5. User Content & Data

• Your recovery plans, habits, and journal entries are your personal data.
• You grant Soft Day a license to store and process this data to provide the service.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
• You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting info@domcreator.co.uk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on the Soft Day app are provided on an "as is" basis. Soft Day makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Soft Day or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Soft Day, even if Soft Day or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on the Soft Day app could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Soft Day does not warrant that any of the materials on the app are accurate, complete, or current. Soft Day may make changes to the materials contained on the app at any time without notice.

9. Links

Soft Day has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Soft Day of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

10. Modifications

Soft Day may revise these terms of service for the website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
