Terms of Service (StepZeno)

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction. If you use StepZeno on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. App Purpose and Medical Disclaimer

StepZeno is for general fitness and wellness tracking only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and not a medical device. Do not rely on StepZeno for emergency or critical health decisions.

3. Accounts

If you sign in, you are responsible for account activity and keeping your credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• PRO features may require a paid subscription.
• Purchases are processed through app stores (for Android, Google Play).
• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled before renewal.
• Manage/cancel in your app store subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled according to the store's policies.

5. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use StepZeno for personal, lawful use.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where legally allowed.
• Use the app to violate law or third-party rights.
• Interfere with app security or service integrity.
• Use bots or abuse the service.

6. Intellectual Property

StepZeno, including branding, design, software, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

7. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may release updates, bug fixes, and changes to improve safety and performance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal/security reasons. You may stop using the app at any time.

9. Disclaimers

StepZeno is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data/profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app/subscription in the 12 months before the claim, or GBP/USD/EUR 50 if no payment was made.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of StepZeno or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law applies otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
