By downloading or using the UK Driving Theory Test app (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. About the App

The App is an independent, unofficial revision tool designed to help users practise for the UK DVSA driving theory test. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with DVSA, the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), or any government body. The App is provided for educational and practice purposes only.

3. No Guarantee of Exam Success

Whilst we aim to keep questions up to date and accurate, we make no guarantee that using the App will result in passing the official DVSA theory test. Question formats, pass marks, and content may differ from the official examination. You should always refer to official DVSA materials and resources.

4. Accuracy of Content

We strive to ensure question content is accurate and relevant to the current UK Highway Code and DVSA standards. However, the App may contain errors or omissions and content may become out of date. We accept no liability for incorrect answers or outdated information within the App.

5. Permitted Use

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial revision purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the App’s content without our written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including question text, design, and code, is the property of Domcreator or its licensors. The Highway Code and official DVSA materials are the property of their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Domcreator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to failing your theory test.

8. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
