Slim Goal is a simple, focused weight loss tracker for iPhone. A smoothed trend line shows your real progress through the daily ups and downs, forgiving streaks keep you weighing in, and milestones celebrate every step — without the noise of a full fitness app.
WHAT SLIM GOAL DOES
Weight & Body Logging
Log your weight in seconds — in kg, lb or stones — and fill in any day you missed. Track waist, chest, hips, arms, thighs and body fat too. Log straight from a reminder, with Siri, or from the widget. Every entry is stored privately on your iPhone.
Progress at a Glance
A smoothed trend line cuts through daily water-weight swings, so a heavy day doesn't look like failure. See your weekly change, a weekly recap, and a goal date projected from your real pace.
Milestones, Streaks & Celebrations
Badges for your goal, the weight you've lost (including half-stone and stone awards), body changes and consistency. Locked badges show how close you are, and forgiving streaks with freezes keep the habit going.
Progress Photos
A camera guide shows your last photo so poses match. Compare any two photos, share a side-by-side image, make a timelapse, and lock them with Face ID. Photos stay on your iPhone.
Apple Health, Widgets & Siri
Weights from your smart scale arrive automatically through Apple Health, and your weigh-ins are saved back. Home and Lock Screen widgets show your progress, streak and a 30-day chart, with a Log weight button — plus Siri and a Control Centre button.
Completely Private
Your weights, measurements and photos live on your iPhone. No account and no Slim Goal server. Back up to iCloud Drive or Files whenever you like, and restore on a new iPhone.

HELP & FAQ
Tap the green weight card on Today. You can pick an earlier date to fill in a day you missed. To change or delete a weigh-in, tap it in Progress → Weight log, or swipe it left.
Day-to-day changes are mostly water, salt and food — not fat. Slim Goal draws a smoothed trend line through your weigh-ins so you can see the real direction. Your goal date is projected from the last four weeks, not from one day.
Your streak counts one weigh-in per day, week, fortnight or month — whatever you choose. Every 7 in a row earns a streak freeze (you can bank 2). If you miss one, a freeze covers it automatically so your streak survives.
They unlock the moment you save a weigh-in, measurement or photo. Weight badges match your units — kilograms, pounds or stones (including half-stone and stone awards). Locked badges show how close you are.
Yes. Press and hold a reminder, tap “Log weight” and type it. You can also say “Log my weight in Slim Goal” to Siri, tap “Log weight” on the widget, or add the Log Weight button to Control Centre.
Turn on Apple Health sync. Weights your scale’s app (Withings, Renpho, Eufy and others) saves to Apple Health appear in Slim Goal automatically. Slim Goal also saves your own weigh-ins to Health.
The in-app camera shows a faint copy of your last photo so you can match the pose, and has a 3 or 10 second timer. Compare any two photos, share a side-by-side image, make a timelapse video, and lock your photos with Face ID.
Slim Goal asks what’s next: set a new goal, or switch to maintenance, which keeps you within a range of your target weight and keeps your streak going.
Go to Settings → Back up now and save the file to iCloud Drive or Files. On your new iPhone, install Slim Goal and use Settings → Restore from backup. Deleting the app deletes its data, so back up first.
Your weights, measurements and photos stay on your iPhone — there’s no account and no Slim Goal server. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob (with a consent choice in the UK and EU), and anonymous usage events help us improve the app. They never include your weights, measurements or photos.
Healthy guidance is about 0.5–1 kg (1–2 lb) a week. Slim Goal warns you if a plan is faster than that or if a goal is below a healthy BMI. Slim Goal is a tracking tool, not medical advice.
